1- APPLICATION OF THE CONDITIONS
The general conditions of sale (CGV) and refund and returns policy described below exclusively govern the contractual relations between the self-employed company. 
as owner of the online sales site Tresor-Geek.fr (https://www.tresor-geek.fr), hereinafter named Tresor-Geek, and the author of the order.
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
The customer declares to have full legal capacity allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.
The conditions below apply for the France, Belgium and any country eligible for sale and delivery from the online store Tresor-Geek.
2- PRODUCTS
Tresor-Geek offers on its site a selection of new and used items for retail sale, in the world of collectible cards (TCG/CCG), figurines, Geek goodies, etc.
In accordance with article L 111-1 of the consumer code, Tresor-Geek strives to best present the characteristics of the products offered through detailed sheets produced using data from its suppliers. The photographs are given for information purposes only; the responsibility of Tresor-Geek cannot therefore be committed in the event of a difference in perception with the product delivered.
3- ORDER
To place an order, the customer must have previously created an account on the site. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order binds the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Tresor-Geek cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
When an order is validated, the customer declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions of Sale (CGV). A summary of the order is then sent by email to the customer.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Tresor-Geek constitute proof of all transactions carried out by the company and its customers. Moreover, Tresor-Geek reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
4- PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€), excluding shipping costs. The prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the orders are registered. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. The products remain the property of Tresor-Geek until full payment of the price.
Due to the status of the company, VAT on prices is not applicable – article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and to the French Overseas Territories, prices will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the jurisdiction of Tresor-Geek. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
5- PAYMENT
Payment is made by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank transfer.
An order collected by hand can also be paid for in Cash, on prior request.
The order is only processed after full payment of the order.
6- DELIVERY
The products are sent in Colissimo or for the little ones Follow-up letter (generally 48 hours delivery time for mainland France), or Mondial Relay (without commitment of deadline), and in case of bulky orders by carrier. Unless otherwise specified, they are generally shipped within 24 or 48 hours of placing the order. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Weekends, public holidays in France and closing days must be added to delivery times.
When an order is sent, the customer automatically receives an email with a tracking number allowing them to follow the progress of their order.
Parcel delivery can only be carried out territorially in the proposed geographical areas. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, carrier and number of items.
They are offered from 65€ orders in Metropolitan France. All detailed prices appear on the Delivery page.
Orders are delivered in one go to the address that the customer provides on the site. If we do not have one or more ordered products in stock, it is necessary to allow a delivery time in order to restock the out of stock products.
Tresor-Geek reserves the right to refuse an order whose total weight exceeds the maximum authorized by Colissimo and Mondial Relay delivery (30kg).
7- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN, REFUND
Under article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a deadline of 4 days francs from delivery of the order to return a product to us for an exchange or refund. The return costs remain entirely your responsibility (except in exceptional circumstances, we do not provide a pre-paid return slip).
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, complete, unused and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned. Any damage noted to a product upon return due to a problem with poor packaging quality may result in a partial refund or non-refund of the product.

If applicable, reimbursement is a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the package.
Please note that we recommend that you take a photo or video of the opening of your package, as well as the possible return in order to facilitate possible disputes (we do the same on our side).
8- COMPETENT COURTS
These General Conditions of Sale are governed exclusively by French law. For any dispute or difference concerning them, the courts of the jurisdiction of the head office of Tresor-Geek (Puy de Dôme – FRANCE).
9- CONFIDENTIALITY
All data entered by the customer is used only to process orders. Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the customer has access to Tresor-Geek a right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and deletion of data that the customer has communicated to us.
