Video recording before shipping
IMPORTANT: we record and store videos before shipment to respond to any disputes over the original condition of the items:
- details and condition of items, especially cards, expensive or fragile items
- packaging and protection of the item (sleeve and top-loader for valuable cards)
- of the closing of the package
- of the label placed on the package
Sending by Tracked Letter
Certain items offered for sale, such as collectible cards, are offered by tracked shipping with LaPoste, to reduce shipping costs payable by buyers. The tracking number is communicated as soon as the order is sent.
The items are protected and the envelope used is stiffened to avoid any damage.
The weight of the cards must be less than 100g, we then offer shipping costs of €2.
Sending by Colissimo Tracked
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. The tracking number is communicated as soon as the order is sent.
Sending by Mondial Relay and free of charge
Shipping costs are free for Mondial Relay shipping for orders worth more than €65.

Parcels weighing more than 30 kg
If the total weight of the package (items + packaging) is > 30 kg, we must go through a specific carrier (weight limit exceeded for Mondial Relay and Colissimo).
